A twenty minute piece, consisting of three main movements. Inspired by a week of severe weather, which kept me holed-up in my small studio in the Welsh hills. 'Gwynt, Glaw, Myfyrio' (or 'Wind, Rain, Reflection') rounds off a trilogy of EPs, written and recorded during the first 3 months of 2013: [Formeg: | The Ebb & Flow | Gwynt, Glaw, Myfyrio]. Each EP takes influence, both literally & metaphorically, from separate, naturally occurring events: death, the tides, and the ever-changing Welsh weather. Exploring melancholic moods, textures & tones, they reflect my introspective state of mind over that period.
